Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Acquality. We strive to offer products that add value to your life and sincerely appreciate that you like to buy them. We also want you to have a pleasant experience, whether it’s exploring our products, purchasing, or using our products.

We believe in every product we sell. Each one has been thoughtfully chosen and evaluated by us to ensure that it is fantastic. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely case, please see our policy regarding returns and exchanges below.

What Can I Return or Exchange?

Most new, undamaged items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from receipt of delivery. During the holidays, items shipped between November 1st and December 31st may be returned until January 31st.  Returned or exchanged items need to include the original packaging, tags, accessories, and manuals. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange of an item not in its original condition.

How can I make a Return to Acquality?

Return authorization can be obtained by emailing returns@acquality.com.  Please include the full name as listed on the order, your order number, and the reason for the return.  Alternatively, you can give us a call at 1-800-908-8587.

How can I get a Replacement or Exchange my item?

For any warranty related issues, please email customer support at warranty@acquality.com or give us a call at 1-800-908-8587.

For all other replacement or exchange requests, please email us at support@acquality.com or call 1-800-908-8587.

How can I get a Return Label?

A return label can be provided upon request.  Alternatively, you can ship with the courier of your choice.

Return Shipping Costs

If you ship your return using a prepaid return label issued by Acquality, and the reason for the return is not the result of an error on our part, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your return.

If you choose to ship the item on your own, you will pay the carrier at the time of shipment. If the return is the result of an Acquality error, we will refund the return shipping cost up to a maximum amount for that item.

When will I get my refund?

Typically, 10 – 14 business days. However, the majority are refunded within 3 – 5 business days after we receive and process your return.
