To place an order, go to the product page of the item you would like to purchase, select the desired quantity, color, and size of the item and add it to your cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button. Once you have finished adding items to your cart, click the “Buy” button in your cart. On your way to the checkout, you will be prompted to create an account. In the Checkout, you will simply need to fill in your shipping address, billing address, and payment information and click “Buy”.
To cancel an order, please call at 1-800-908-8587 within 1 hour of placing your order. After 1 hour, we may have begun fulfillment and your order may not be eligible to be cancelled. Don’t worry though, once you have received your order, you may return it.
All orders shipped to the state of MI are subject to Michigan State Sales tax. Any and all tax will be applied to the subtotal of the order.
Acquality provides free shipping on all orders with a subtotal of $70 or more. For an order to qualify for free shipping, the order total must be $70 before any coupons, promotions, or taxes are applied. Small orders are less efficient and therefore more expensive for us to fulfill, so we won’t be able to cover the shipping charges – that being said, most of the time we aren’t passing the full shipping charge on to you.
Currently, we ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states and the District of Columbia.
All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center located in the state of Michigan.
To get an order sent out the same day, your order must be placed by 2pm Eastern Standard Time. If you have paid for 2-day shipping, please keep in mind that this is 2 business days and any orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday or during the holidays may take a little extra time to get to you. If your order qualifies for free shipping, it will typically arrive in 5 - 7 business days. Oversized shipments may be shipped by freight and may take longer to arrive.
We try our best to control for everything, but a few of the things we can’t control are delivery delays caused by bad weather, carriers, acts of God, address or other information errors, but we will do our best to notify you of substantial changes to the projected delivery date. If you feel like your order is taking too long to arrive and want to check on it, please reach out to us through email with your order information or by calling us at 1-800-908-8587. Anxiously waiting for your stuff to arrive is never fun – we’ve all been there. We want to make sure everything is in order so you are happy.

You can request an exchange of the item in the account section of the site. Once you have the exchange submitted, we will follow up with you to get it sorted out.
